Common questions

HTML Viewer isn't in the Open with menu. Check that the app is installed from the Marketplace and the file ends in .html. Work accounts may need an admin to allow the app.
Images or styles are missing. Images, CSS and fonts from outside URLs are blocked for safety. Single-file HTML with inline CSS and data-URI images displays best.
Buttons or charts don't work. Scripts don't run. Use the source view or download the file.
I get a permission error. The owner may have disabled download/copy, or you don't have access.

Sign out in the viewer to delete the session cookie in your browser.
Remove access: open Google Account → Third-party apps, choose HTML Viewer and remove access.
Uninstall: Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → HTML Viewer → Options → Disconnect from Drive.
No file contents or tokens are stored on our servers, so there is nothing else to delete. Contact us with any questions.
